Reedbeds for Waste water treatment
There are cases where new housing developments have on site waste water treatment, before the flows are allowed to go to sewer. This idea would reduce environmental impacts of all new developments.
Reedbeds for Flood Alleviation
There are cases where new house builds create problems of flooding. Flood alleviation, when built along reedbed designs, solves the many problems that open waters present.
Reedbeds for Farm Yard Run-off
Agricultural yard run-off systems solve serious problems of pollution, at source. Holiday home, caravan and camping sites each have need for waste water treatment.
Off-Grid housing developments, restorations need up to date waste water treatment to meet current regulations.
Vertical Flow Reedbeds have no standing water, and therefore there is no smell.
The ideal partnership with business is for me to be involved in the design and build of systems, and for the partner business to do the materials supply and system build. Ideally, the combination should open up much needed new avenues of business.
Reedbed Maintenance and Repair
You may already have a reedbed, designed and built by others. You may have problems, or you may not know what to do with it.
I have restored / re-built existing reedbed systems, back into full working order. Costs are far lower than total replacement
Coastal Erosion Experience
We have provided solutions to reduce coastal erosion. Land that was expected to fall into the sea, has not moved in 27 years. This took community action. And it worked
Bio-Fume Filtration of Air pollution
See the info on the page, showing compost filters of air pollution.
This system works. I can provide a demo unit to show it working, within a couple of days.
Not only do I know what to do, or why to do it, I also know what to do should things go wrong. Things going wrong are too much water, too little water, or some gunk smothering the system. Putting things right is easy to do, and certainly not impossible to do.
No system works better. Few work as well, and none at my prices.
If you the customer, can buy the materials, and hire the digger + labour, then I can be on site to make sure the reedbed is built as it should be. This way I can be responsible for the build quality. I can also help should something go wrong, or you the customer is not sure about certain aspects. I know what to do when things go wrong.

All proposals and contracts are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
It is time we all lived in balance with Planet Earth. If we are going to take, then we should be prepared to give back in equal measure. Responsibility is best shared, for progress to happen.
We need to know:-
• Maximum daily flow, OR number of people using the system
• Is there a slope, or is the land flat
• Where will the outflows go to
• Photos of current system / situation
• Post code address for a google search
• Details of what you are hoping to achieve
• A video of the situation, uploaded to youtube, or sent via Whatsapp
• An idea of when you want the work completed
Given all of the above, we can produce a proposal for what size, built in what time, and at what price.
We will estimate costs of materials, and diggers. Consultancy prices listed above are additional to material costs. You can then compare my prices with alternative and substitute systems.
You will know everything you need to know to install a Reedbed, and you can make your decision in your own time. Some want the work next week. Some want the work in 18 months time, when they finally get through the planning process.
All of this is subject to a site visit. We only make a site visit once you want the system. We don’t make site visits for people still making up their minds. Site visits will have a cost, depending on distance.
Customers have been able to come back for information many years after the work was completed.
